The 4 Phases of The Flourishing With Fibromyalgia Formula

  • Phase 1: Investigation​​

    • Despite what you've been told, Fibromyalgia has been linked to a number of abnormalities in the body, including nutrient deficiencies, mitochondrial dysfunction, muscle breakdown, neurotransmitter imbalances, gut bacteria imbalances, high levels of inflammation, sleep dysfunction, among others. Because of these abnormalities, we must first figure out which of these apply to you specifically.

    • In this phase, we aim to figure out exactly what is going wrong in your body and where we can make changes to improve your health.

    • Includes a comprehensive health history, relevant lab work, ​education on what your labs actually mean and what isn't functioning properly in your body, setting goals, and counselling on how to track your symptoms and progress.

  • Phase 2: Identify and Remove Symptom Triggers

    • In this phase, we determine what aspects of you life, diet, and environment are contributing to your symptoms and preventing you from making progress.​

    • Includes a deep dive into possible dietary triggers, your emotional environment, your physical environment, and other stressors.

  • Phase 3: Foundations of Healing

    • In this phase, we implement the diet and lifestyle habits that will heal your body. We also work to correct underlying dysfunctions in your body with a variety of natural therapies, including supplements, herbs, therapeutic movement, stress management techniques, acupuncture,​ establishing healthy routines, etc.
