Black Friday Fibro Warrior Wishlist

Black Friday has become quite the "shopping holiday" here in North America⁣⁣ (is that even a real term?)

⁣⁣

Whether you participate in Black Friday or the upcoming holiday season, or not, there are a few gadgets and tools that can make living life with fibromyalgia easier and more comfortable⁣⁣

⁣⁣

So I've compiled a nice little list for you⁣⁣ ☺️ So today, I present to you....⁣⁣ 🥁🥁🥁

⁣⁣

✨ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐨 𝗪𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝗪𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭⁣⁣ ✨

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝗪𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 - Can be very helpful with pacing, as well as tracking symptoms, activity, sleep, and stress levels⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 - It's so much easier to stick to a routine when you have a gorgeous journal you can't wait to write in ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐮𝐦 - This is definitely on my list this year. Vacuuming is a tiring task and adopting a little robot helper is a great way to keep the house tidy, without a huge energetic commitment. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧 - Standing and chopping veggies or fruit is time and energy-consuming. Eating healthy whole foods is essential to getting your symptoms under control, so finding ways to make food prep easier on you will be so helpful in supporting you to achieve your goals⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐨𝐭 - This one has saved me more than once. You can throw the ingredients in when you're feeling good and then dinner (any often another meal) is taken care of. Plus there's so many delicious meals you can make!⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 - Cleaner teeth with less effort on your part⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 - I use my magic bullet to slip some extra veggies into a lot of our meals. Many veggies can be blended (rather than finely chopped) and added to soups, stews, and sauces. We often blend celery, tomatoes, onions, carrots, and garlic rather than chopping them.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫 - No more wrist twinges! This is a worthy investment, especially for days when you're not feeling well and you need a quick meal. ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 - Are you due for a new one? They can be expensive and they do need to be replaced every 6 months to 2 years.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

☑️ 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 - This can help make showering a less daunting task and ensure you're safe while doing so.⁣⁣
