Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday filled with whatever fuels you. I took some time away from work to recharge and see family and friends. It was a much needed break!

As everyone knows, January is New Years Resolution time. While setting goals is a great habit to get into, many people give up on their resolutions by February. Why is this? Sometimes we bite off more than we can chew. Our goals are big and we have no plan set out for how we are going to achieve them. We often forget to look back at where we started to see how far we've come. When we fall off the wagon, we feel like we've failed and our motivation plummets. We ask ourselves "what's the use in trying if it always ends up the same way?".

Whether your goal is to lose weight, eat healthier, start exercising regularly, or get back to something you've given up because of your health, I would love to work with you so you can achieve your goals!
